June Update

Lately, I have had so much fun with water sensory play, pouring water through a tube, and making bubbles. For my acts of kindness, I have been making cards for Matariki and creating props for our concert. Also in Giggles, I helped with getting potting mix for our garden and painting rocks to put in it. For active pursuits, I have been playing different board games, and I really like Snakes and Ladders. I always make sure to help out by cleaning the bathroom on Mondays and Fridays, wiping down tables at the studio, and returning and borrowing books from the Te Puke Library. Finally, in my performing arts session, I have been helping paint a speaker for our upcoming concert in August. I had my IPP meeting, mum and my support worker Aara came along too. My attention span is short, and I was keen to wave to my friends outside the boss’s window instead. However, we got there in the end!
